The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Dale Ledet can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Dale. He always had a story to make you laugh. And if Dale came up to you with a smirk on his face you knew it was coming. The story is, Dianne and I met Dale for the first time at Rodeo. This is the night he fell in love with her. They danced the first through the last dance of the evening in the Coral Club. The club had turned the lights out and music off. And yet Dale was still embracing her in dance. He offered to drive Dianne home. I kept asking Dianne if she was sure? She smiled and said absolutely. So Dale's favorite story after that was to tell anyone in my presence that I tried to protect Dianne from him. This being said while grinning ear to ear. Dale was always true to his word and true to his love for Dianne. Their wedding was beautiful. They have been a beautiful couple every since. I love Dale. Behind all of his jokes and crazy days of fun, Dale was a true sweetheart and a gentleman. Truth be known, Dianne said I could call him my boyfriend. But don't tell anyone. I love you Dianne and Dale. My life has been enriched for having you as dear friends.
