Obituary for Rosemary Bartos

Rosemary Bartos
Rosemary Helen Bartos, 93, passed away January 8, 2018 in Friendswood, Texas. She is preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Henry Bartos and her daughter Margaret. She is survived by daughters Patricia Brown and husband Steven, Yvonne Tschatschula, grandchildren Kim Culp, Adam Steinmann, Jamie Rann, Brian Steinmann, Lindsay Nobles, Stephanie Manning, 14 great-grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends. Rosemary was a devout Catholic and a loving person who ministered to and cared for many. In her early years, she was a professional bowler and then became a bowling instructor. She was an avid gardener and dearly loved her Houston Cougars. The visitation will begin Thursday, January 11, 2018 from 6-8pm with the rosary held at 6:30pm. The Mass will be held at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 3600 Brinkman Street, Houston, Texas 77018 on Friday, January 12, 2018 at 11:00am. The burial will immediately follow at the Woodlawn Garden of Memories Cemetery. Pallbearers for the service are Adam Steinmann, Steve Brown, Jamie Rann, Brian Steinmann, Alec Steinmann and Aidan Steinmann.
