Obituary for Juston Crutcher

Juston  Crutcher
Juston Andrew Crutcher, 87, of Houston, TX entered into eternal life on May 22, 2018. He is preceeded in death by his wife Martha Crutcher; parents William and Myrtle Crutcher; and siblings Lorrine Truitt, Ollie Barnett, John H. Crutcher, Freddy Crutcher, Floyd Crutcher, Carl Crutcher, Doris Crutcher, and Bud Crutcher. Juston is survived by daughter Lisa Shearer and husband Gary; son David Gamble and wife Anne; son George Gamble and wife Debbie; grandchildren Caleb Shearer, Paige Shearer, Justin Gamble, Rikki Chapa, Casey Flores, and Lindsay Cantu; and sister-in-law Helen Crutcher. Juston served in the US Army, receiving an honorable medical discharge. He went on to become a Certified Public Accountant. He retired from Grocers Supply Company. Juston was a family man who enjoyed hunting, fishing, and eating meals with his loved ones. He owned a 50 acre farm in Liberty County for approximately 10 years where he raised cattle, and was one of the first farmers in Texas to grow Alicia grass. He loved his John Deere tractor, dancing, and gardening, and will be remembered for his frugality. Services for Juston will be held at Woodlawn Funeral Home on Saturday, May 26, 2018, with visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m., and the funeral to follow at 1:00 p.m. Pallbearers are Richard Crutcher, Gary Barnett, Scott Shearer, Brandon Shearer, Collin Shearer, and George Wayne Gamble. Interment at Woodlawn Garden of Memories.
