Obituary for Eleanor Ann Tilghman

Eleanor Ann Tilghman
Eleanor Ann Tilghman passed away in the early morning hours of June 2, 2018, surrounded by her family. She was a loving wife mother and friend.
Eleanor was a woman of strong Christian faith and has been a member of multiple Southern Baptist Church’s.
After retiring from Smith Industries/Hanover she was blessed to live the country life she loved. Her love for all of her animals brought her great joy. Working with her cows or watching her ducks, squirls and birds always made her happy.
Eleanor was preceded in death by her Husband, Sgt. Charles M. Tilghman, parents Forest and Leila Weiler and brother Buddy. She is survived by her son Bill and wife Heather Tilghman of Katy, sister, Christine Mayo of Anchorage Alaska and numerous nieces and nephews.
There will be a family only graveside service at Woodlawn Funeral Home.
The family request that, in lieu of flowers, a donation be made to the Cancer and Lymphoma Society in her name.
