Delores “Jean” Rohr, 55, passed away to be with the Lord Wednesday, July 4, 2018 in Katy. Born in Canton, Ohio on January 4, 1963 to parents Ronald Weaver and Sandra Tharp, Jean will be forever remembered as the most generous, loving and genuine person anyone could know.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ronald and Sandra; two sons, Michael Greenwood and Gary Archer Jr; grandparents, Harry Tharp and Nell Weaver; and her brother, Eric Weaver.
Left behind to treasure her memory are her husband of 34 years, Gary Archer; daughters, Alicia Rohr and Crystal Singer; grandchildren, Aaron Sparks, Dominic Singer, Madison Singer, Aria Singer, Axel Singer, and Tiffany Archer; one sister, Pam Mulhair and husband Mickey; nieces, Morgan and Melody Mulhair; nephew Rafael Cavazos; and many other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Always one to see the good in every person, Jean was also the most devoted mother and everyone’s best friend. When people needed her support she was always there with a hug or encouragement.
Her greatest loves in life were of course her family then fishing, scrapbooking and cooking. In addition, she dearly loved her four dogs, Diesel, Tyson, and Lucky, all of whom were rescued, and we can’t forget Babe.
As her family states, “Things and possessions didn’t matter-only her family.”
Jean Rohr will live in a special place in all our hearts forever. She will be fondly remembered as an extraordinary wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Jean will be greatly missed.
